  4. Version 1.2 of Bind.  Creates a glue library from an .fd file.
  5. Bind actually generates object module libraries instead of just
  6. assembly files by running your Assembler and Librarian.  You supply
  7. a list of rules for the target compiler including the list
  8. of registers to preserve and the command syntax for your assembler
  9. and librarian.  Bind does the rest.
